At the suggestion of the elected treasurer, the contributions for members were set as following:

•1.500 EUR for global corporate members excl V.A.T:

Example MSC: Company scope MSC, TIL, medlog, Lenavi. 1 Vote: Across a company holding, Full utilization of standards, documentation and training materials, access to conference granted. Support for DMR, promotion and approval of change requests

•750 EUR for regional corporate member excl V.A.T:

Bkp Odessa terminal, Kokumsonic. HHLA, Limited to one company with a regional activity . Cannot be accumulated to more than two child companies for an holding at xx% of controlling share. Full utilization of standards, documentation and training materials, access to conference granted. Support for DMR, promotion and approval of change requests

•400 EUR for individual members  excl V.A.T:

Individual consultant such as Mr Dupont..Full utilization of standards, documentation and training materials, access to conference granted. Support for DMR, promotion and approval of change requests

•No Fees for Institution.

Institutions are people or legal people such as , individuals, associations, verein, fondations, organisations, companies such as BIC, PROTECT, EXIS, GEFEG, HYLAND, SOLAS, UNCEFACT, ITIGG, ISO, BV, GL, DNV, CGI, TRADELENS, Port authorities...that share codes, impact on EDI, enable documentation and directory work through the use of the tools. Board members are institution members.

We will send you a form to sign up by management that states you approve of the statutes, the fees and type of membership given, and that the company will support SMDG e.V. with attendence to the Plenaries in Europe and Asia, as well as participation to the subgroups when called upon for advise.

It states that the member will comply with the statutes and the membership becomes effective after payment receival.
